New Clients

Westgate Therapeutic Massage is not accepting new clients at this time.

 

Arrival 

I have a health intake form that I require all new clients fill out that goes over your past health history and your goals for the massage.  Clients please arrive 5 minutes before all appointments.  This allows for the restroom, changing, and going over anything with therapist before session.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are running late, please call.  To avoid delaying the following client, the massage will end at the specified time.  It is under the discretion of the therapist if further time is allowed in their schedule to give extra time.  The original reservation fee will be charged.

Cancelations & No Shows

24 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment.   This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.  Since all massages are by appointment only, a major credit card is required to hold your appointment.  You will only be charged 50% of session for the first time if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel less than 24 hours and second time will be for the full amount.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the end of the session.  Cash, check, and credit cards are all valid forms of payment.  If a check is returned there will be a $30 fee.

 

All Massage sessions are strictly non-sexual. Any suggestive statements or actions will result in immediate termination of the session wherein the client pays the full cost of the session.
